Please indicate the invoice order number, product and name code for faster processing.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period
If you cancel this contract, we shall refund you the amount for the jewelry purchased. No shipping costs will be refunded unless shipping was originally included in our offer as free shipping without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the returned goods.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods or until you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The costs for the return of the product in the case of a withdrawal from the contract will not be reimbursed by us.
